This policy covers merchandise purchased from the TrippApps shop. We want you to be happy with your gear — here’s how returns, replacements, and refunds work.
Made to order. Every TrippApps item is printed just for you when you order, so we don’t keep stock on a shelf. That means we gladly fix anything wrong on our end, but we can’t accept returns for the wrong size or a change of mind — so please check the size guide before you order.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered (wrong item, wrong size from us, misprint, or damage in transit), we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. Just email support@trippapps.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. In most cases you won’t need to ship anything back.
Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind reasons — a returned custom item can’t be restocked or resold. Please use the size guide on each product before ordering. If something isn’t right, reach out anyway — we’ll do our best to help on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor. Once processed, it typically takes a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you chose a replacement instead, we’ll send a new item at no cost to you.
Because items go into production quickly after you order, we can only change or cancel an order if it hasn’t entered printing yet. If you need a change, email support@trippapps.com as soon as possible and we’ll try to catch it in time.
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package, or it seems lost in transit, contact support@trippapps.com with your order number and we’ll help track it down and make it right.
